I do not wish to intrude, as a stranger, on something so personal, so please forgive me, but I felt so compelled to write. Alex’s story, and that of his friends and family, truly touched me last night. What a wonderful lad, and what a wonderful family, wife and friends. It brings back to mind the incredible strengh my young mother had when she was taken from us by this disease. How proud you all must be to have had Alex in your lives, and to have, I am sure, many, many amazing memories of your time together. I send you all my warmest regards, Elise Brockhurst

This site is dedicated to the memory of Alex Lewis.
Alex passed away on the 17th of February after a four year battle with osteosarcoma. We invite all of Alex's friends and family to share their memories of Alex with us all by posting photos, videos or written memories to this website, to help us all remember the times we had with Alex, and the joy that he brought to our lives.
We would all love to hear any special memories you have to go with photos, and we are currently trying to collect as much film footage of Alex as possible, so if you have any footage to post here it would be very much appreciated.
We will also be using this site to highlight the events and activities planned by so many of you in order to raise money for the Bone Cancer Research Trust in Alex's name.
I watched Alex’s documentary last night. His positive outlook on life and his courage throughout his battle against cancer astounded me – what an amazing person, and what a loving family. I will remember his story. x
I was very touched by Alex’s story and his possitive attitude. My brother also died from bone cancer a year and a half ago and he was my inspiration as well in his battle with cancer. I’d like to say that I really admire Alex’s wife for being such a strong young lady, for being able to be with him till the end I do know what it means to witness someone you love dying, and seeing them in pain and not being able to help. I wish you all lots of strength, it gets a bit easier with time….
